I have uploaded my social sharing image in my store preferences but I am still getting a cropped logo instead. When I go in to preferences and check the image I want to show is still there.
Does anyone know how I can fix this so my image shoes when I share my link?

Usually, when we see this error, it is because the social media site is still “crawling” an older version of the social sharing image. Thankfully, we do have a tool to help with this!
If this is occurring on Facebook, use their developer tool to scrape the newest image using the Facebook Debugger Tool Insert your store URL at the end of this link and click “debug.” For Twitter: On Twitter you can access a similar developer debugging tool at Twitter’s Debugger here. Enter your site URL here and then click “preview card.”
If this is happening on other social sharing sites, like Pinterest or LinkedIn, then make sure to check out this free online tool called Social Share Preview. You can enter your site link to check against all social media sites at the same time and also access unique debugger tools for each social media platform.
