hey its been around 5-6 days since my store is showing “ssl pending” I have already bought the ssl through ionos
please help me

When you have your Shopify Store, you dont need to buy any SSL as Shopify will provide you one for free. Simply connect your domain through the DNS settings to your store and you will automatticly get the proper SSL from Shopify.

If you have transferred your third-party domain to your online store, the SSL certificate will be applied within 48 hours. Since you have specified that it has taken longer than that amount of time to have the SSL approved. I would suggest reaching out to our live support to have a look into the domain.
You can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the SSL pending.
