Hello
My site has been on SSL pending for the last week. I bought the domain on domain.com and followed all the steps. My domain is shadn.co . I have checked the A record and CNAME but everything seem fine. Can you please look into this and do a troubleshoot?

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the domain! In this case, if you can confirm that you have followed our How to connect your third-party domain to your Shopify store and the SSL has been pending for longer than 48 hours, we may need to take a closer look into the domain.
Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. With that being said, you can reach directly out to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
