Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.

Hi @pandaasales ,
I’ll be happy to provide some resources and solutions to help the SSL pending status clear from your Domains section.
Thank you @Nick_Marketing for sharing the option to contact our Live Support team or trying in a different browser.
I was able to navigate to your website that you provided and can see your storefront. At the moment, there is a message displayed next to the icon in your web browser that Your connection is unsecure. This is due to the SSL error being present in the Domains section.
The SSL issue is present if you’ve recently connected your third-party domain from 123Reg to Shopify and this process can take up to 48 hours. As you mentioned it has been 3 days and it is still showing. Not to worry though, as I’ll share a few options below to help resolve this.
How to remove SSL error:
-
Verify that your A record is
23.227.38.65 -
Your CNAME record is
shops.myshopify.com. -
If you use CAA records, verify that you have added all the required certification authorities.
-
Removing AAAA records.
-
Remove the DNSSEC, as having it active will cause SSL issues/
If you’re still seeing the SSL error after 48 hours and you’ve gone through the above steps , I would also recommend contacting your third-party host. Please be sure to check your domain provider settings with 123Reg to ensure that they’re configured correctly.
