Why is my SSL still pending after switching to a new platform?

I recently switched from Wix to Shopify. that’s why I need the substantiation. only the website has been giving SLL pending for more than 3 days. can you help me partially?

Since you’ve recently switched from Wix to Shopify, then it’s possible that you’re in the middle of transferring your domain to Shopify - is this correct?

Typically, domain transfers can be completed within a few days and the SSL will be automatically provisioned right after (within a few hours). However, it’s worth noting that domain transfers can take up to 20 days in some cases. If the domain is working already but the SSL is still pending, then it’s possible that the domain needs a little more time and the issue should resolve itself.

If the domain isn’t working at all or the SSL status hasn’t changed in a few days, then we may need to access your account in order to get a closer look at the issue. While we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and log into your account to create a support request.

it is indeed true that I am in the process of transferring from wix to shopify. everything worked except for the domain name. it has been sll pending for 4 days now.
