Hi there, @DropSales .

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

Could you share a bit more context on what you’re seeing on your end? Are there any error messages displayed in your Shopify admin > Settings > Domains section, next to your domain?

If you’re seeing a Not Secure / Your connection is not secure message on your storefront, you’ll need to ensure your DNS records are pointing to Shopify’s records. It can take up to 48 hours for the TLS certificate to be issued after you connect your third-party domain to Shopify. During that time, a TLS or SSL unavailable error might be displayed in your Shopify admin. If the error persists after 48 hours, then the settings on your domain provider’s site might not be configured correctly.

When checking your DNS records for the domain http://casaeficaz.es/ it shows that there are multiple A records. If a browser/system sees multiple A records for a root domain it randomly tries to use one of them. Even if one of the A records is correct, some visitors or systems may have trouble connecting to your website successfully. You’ll need to remove any other A records for the root domain. We’ve shared the step-by-step process in our help center resource to correct the DNS records for your domain.

On my end I’m able to successfully access your website however, I am seeing the Not Secure message on my browser. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility.

While you’re here, I’d love to share a resource to help create a brand identity and boost brand visibility. Did you know you can upload a favicon image to your store? A favicon image is a tiny image that appears next to your web browser bar. This can help customers more easily find your website when searching for it. Check out our adding a favicon resource to learn how to add it to your store.

I hope this helps!
