Hi,
My store’s been up for a couple months, I have ads running and getting interested traffic.
But I’ve not landed a single online sale.
I’ve tried everything - improving CRO, copy, images, UX, I have a few reviews from offline interest, more on the way.
I don’t get it- everyone I show it to says the product is amazing. I’ve dropped the price, its reasonable, the images are high quality, I have trust badges.
Ive updated the copy to make.it sound less editorial and more commercial
I’m at a loss.
Any diagnostic advice would help: The Saree Top top - what’s the block?
I’ve taken a look at your site, and as a Shopify developer, here are a few honest suggestions:
The homepage feels a bit too simple and lacks a clear focal point. It’s totally fine to keep it minimal with just a few sections, but it still needs to make a strong first impression. Right now, some of the contrasting elements don’t work well together, and there isn’t clear separation between sections, which makes the site look less professional.
You’re currently selling too few products. You might want to consider adding related items instead of focusing on just one product. For example, you could bundle pieces together as a complete outfit to help customers save time when styling.
Most importantly, customers care about what makes your products different. Be clear about the materials, quality, fit, and unique features. That’s what builds trust and convinces them to buy.
I hope you sell your products!
Hey there @TheSareeTop the store looks fine to me, the only things I’d really consider adding are a short video to the product gallery and a FAQs section on the homepage.
That being said, your clothing choice is a bit niche from my perspective so it leads me to think that maybe the sales issues are more from a marketing perspective, have you consulted any experts on that recently?
Your homepage looks very weak. You need categories like ‘Best sellers‘ in your home, or something that’s based on the type of fabric or colors.
Well you only have 1 product…
You peaked interest, but then when they go to see what else you have they just get disappointed. And it also makes it seem not real or legit.
But with physical local interactions and word of mouth, you’d likely have a lot of sales.
