Why is my store only picking up one shipping rate based on price?

Good day,

Kindly assist I set up my store initially with two shipment rates (both based on price) which were working just fine. then I tried to use a third-party application, the courier guy and bob go which I eventually uninstalled because of costs.

I add my rates manually again but now the Store only picks up one rate and disregards all the others the only difference is that they are conditionally set based on weight and the one that shows is set based on price.

I keep getting this error even if I change addresses, but when using the pricing rate, I don’t get the error, kindly look at the screenshot below.

It’s like the system doesn’t actually use the weight conditions I set. I tried multiple ways and noted that it doesn’t take into account the weight conditions I set, could Shopify Developers look into the module that controls the conditional pricing, I figure a lot of code is missing there. Because if I don’t set the weight conditions my rates show and when I use a price condition it shows, only when it is a weight condition it gives the error: “Shipping not available for the selected address”

Hello @YondelaCT ,

Few possibilities to check here:

  1. Ensure that you have configured the weight for the product and the exact variant.

  2. Ensure that the total weight, including the default box weight, falls within the weight range. I can see that you have not configured rates for weights between 5-6KG.

  3. If you have multiple shipping profiles, ensure that you are referring to the right shipping profile.

Hi Mirdas

I am honored and grateful for your response.

  1. Weight is set for exact products there’s no different variants there.

  2. I can try that but I doubt it will fix it because based on the ranges set it should pick up where the item falls in.

  3. I do not have multiple shipping profiles.

I have informed Shopify and they noted it as a error as well therefore I will await their outcome as well.
