Why is my store refusing to connect at checkout?

Hello,

When I go to make a test purchase and checkout of my Shopify store I receive an error message stating that my store refuses to connect.

I am not sure how to rectify this. Can someone please provide guidance?

Very strange! I have a few questions to help troubleshoot this:

  • What plan are you on? You can view this in Settings/Billing
  • Do you have any apps that direct your customers to a third-party checkout and not Shopify’s?
  • Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing (including the URL box)?
