Hello Shopify Team,
We are bringing to your notice that we received an email 4 days ago asking related Shopify payouts but as we are Indian merchants and selling only in India we do not use Shopify payouts.
We informed Shopify via chat support and they assured us and gave commitment for which we have proofs in email that it was an error from Shopify end and that it is resolved and nothing will happen to our store.
We have all proofs with us.
Our is a growing store and happy customers including celebrities and high net individuals have tagged us on Instagram by sharing our good business.
It is shameful and unfair to see such practice done by Shopify even after giving us confirmations via chat and email that nothing will happen to store.
Now the store is showing as unavailable and all our products are getting disapproved in Google ads due to unavailable landing page which is causing us damages and losses.
We have employed a whole team to build the website and a team to manage advertising.
We are genuine and left with no option than to take a legal path to cover our financial losses and damage done to our reputation.

Kindly revert on this as soon as possible and activate our store as Shopify accepted that it was an error from Shopify side.
