Why is my store unavailable after adding a payment method?

i am facing this problem “Store is unavailable” right after i added payment method to my store. this is so disappointing that i have contacted the support twice with in last 2 days. neither they are describing the issue that why did this happen nor they are resolving the issue just says that technical team with contact you by mail. i mean is shopify that useless? i worked so much on my store and when i picked a plan my store was cancelled and also i attached domain to my store. can anyone help me out?

Thank you for confirming that. It can take time for our team to follow up on situations like this. While we always strive to reply back within 2-3 business days, sometimes it can take longer. The team that handles these reviews can only communicate through email, so the best thing to do now is wait for their response.

I’m still waiting for their response, its already been more than 4 days. so disappointing
