my stores currently unavailable. how can i solve this problem

I am sorry to hear about the login issues that you are experiencing! Did you attempt to clear the cache on your browser and try logging in again? In some cases, this can clear up the error that is displaying when logging into your online store.
In order for us to take a further look into the specifics of the account, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page.
If you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option to Continue without logging in. Once you login successfully or select continue without logging in, you will be directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to speak directly to a Support Advisor about the situation.

You can reach out directly to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center.
Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar and search for related articles.
You should then scroll down to see the option to Get Support located under the search results.
Once that is selected, you should be able to reach out through our supported channels via email, live chat or schedule a callback.
