Why is my store unavailable and how can I reopen it quickly?

My store is currently unavailable. I would like have it reopened as soon as possible as Iā€™m going viral on TT at the moment :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :folded_hands: my ticket number for the conversation i had with the store review team: 33203535.

Hi Jeppe, are you able to log in to your store back-end? (your-store.myshopify.com/admin)

Accessing the help chat from there will be the quickest way to get that resolved.

We do not have access to any accounts or support tickets here on the Community Forums so in this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support.
