I stopped building my store knowing that it will be frozen if I don’t pay for the current month
But when I came back to work and was going to work, I found that it was asking me to pay for two months, not the one month that I stopped
I also found out that the payment cycle will not stop and every month my bill will be increased. This is terrifying
How do I solve this problem?

Subscription invoices are generated and charged at the beginning of the billing cycle. When a charge is unsuccessful, your store is kept open and runs on that current billing cycle, while the invoice attempts to charge again in 14 days. If that second attempt is unsuccessful, a final attempt is made in another 14 days following that second attempt. Once the final attempt is made and is again unsuccessful, the store then goes into a frozen state and will be inaccessible until the services provided in the last 28 days will be paid for.
Now, when you choose to reactivate your store when it’s been more than 30 days since the unpaid billing cycle started, you will be starting a new billing cycle. Because the invoice is billed at the beginning, you will be asked to settle this, together with the outstanding invoice from the cycle that was unpaid. This is why you’re being asked to pay for two months worth of subscriptions.
If your store is frozen, it’s essentially a closed store so no bills will be generated and charged. You can leave it frozen if you wish to discontinue your store and the charges. If you have successfully paid for the outstanding invoices and you wish to cancel the store, you can close it through the admin by following the steps on this page.

1- The other amount was not calculated on my bill??
2-Can I delete the domain and add it to a new store .. Or will I have to pay the bills due to me in order to be able to separate the domain from this store??
