Why is my store's email blocked and how can I fix it?

To be eligible to use Shopify Email, you would need to be on a payment plan with an up-to-date payment method on file, and your store must be over two weeks old. There is a guide on the Shopify email in the help center here, if you would like to take a look.

If you meet all the requirements but still get this error, please reach out to the Shopify Support team directly via their Help Center using this link. Once you visit that link and log in to your account, you can submit a support request with the team, and they’ll be happy to continue assisting you on live chat, email, or through a callback.

Besides Shopify Email, you can use a third-party app for email marketing.

If you are unable to use the feature Shopify Emails, you will need to reach out to our Support by navigating to our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the use of Shopify Emails on your online store with a Support Advisor.

Note: When you successfully login to your store using the Contact Us page, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like to get assistance with to view the related articles - you should then see the option to Get Support below the search results.
