My shopify store shows wrong data on the statistics site:
- Number of orders is correct (For example 5 sells today)
- Conversion rate (number of conversions is wrong) (For example shows 1 conversion today and therefore a quite low conversion rate)
- Every traffic is marked as direct traffic (Which doesn’t make sense, it should mostly be FB and Google Ads)
Do you know this problem and maybe got a solution?

I’ve got the same issue, for instance today I have 10 orders placed but the conversion rate is calculated on 7 orders.
Other weird behaviour, from 3-4 days I have a spike of connection at midnight :
It looks like a calculation error because it’s a totally new behaviour and it does not fit our business (local grocery)…
Anyone else in this case ?
I have the same situation. Have called 3x. No one is able to tell me what’s going on.
