hi i need help fixing my ‘submit’ button as it glitches sometimes and is not clickable?
Hey, [email removed] ! I checked out your site and can see what you mean, the first product I added to the cart would not let me click the submit button. However, when I went back and selected dates for rental, the submit button was clickable. I notice in your screenshot though that there were dates selected, so that may not be the root of the issue. If you tick the ‘I agree to terms and conditions box’ are you able to click submit?
If that still does not help, can I ask if you have made any coding changes to your theme? Perhaps to install the booking app? It looks like the submit button is a little off-centre here, which makes me think some coding has been added or edited:
Also, can you let me know the name of the theme you are using? Are you seeing the same results if you use Chrome instead of Safari?
Whatever app you are using to enable this checkbox functionality is not working properly.You must contact the app developers so they can get it fixed for you as soon as possible, since it’s making your store unusable.
In the meantime I’d highly recommend disabling the app.
