Why is my Subscription & Recurring Order App not charging customers automatically?

Hey Experts,

I have installed an app called Subscription & Recurring Order.

We wanted to charge our customers automatically but we are getting an error “Your store is currently not eligible to charge your subscribers automatically”

We have PayPal Payflow Pro & as well as PayPal Express.

What could be the issue and how can it be resolved.

Thank you for your response.

I had contacted them but they asked me to Contact Shopify and then Shopify asked to contact Paypal.

I need to contact PayPal. So I thought I could find a solution here before contacting them.

I raised the same ticket on Paypal Community and got a reply mentioning that the app might not be using a Paypal API to process the payment.

So not sure who is wrong is it from our end or the App or Paypal.
