Why is my summary description not showing bullet points?

I want to add a summary description in bullet points, but unfortunately, the summary description misses the new line and the bullet points from the main description.

The actual description is like this. But unfortunately, the description fetches by short summary section is like this.

The is no newline; even bullet points aren’t fetched in this section.

That section is fetched from the main description section that is under it.

From this section. But unfortunately, the short summart section isn’t displayed like that
