Why is my Supply theme not responsive on mobile?

For some reason the website is not responsieve on mobile view

It looks like you’re setting up a fashion store here, and working your way towards launch still, is that the case?

Could you clarify for me here, which part of parts of the theme you’re referring to as non-responsive here?

If you’re referring specifically to the slideshow images being used here, this behaviour is as expected due to how this kind of slideshows is coded into themes.

To get the best-looking image on as many screen sizes and shapes as possible, I’d also recommend you check out our best practices for slideshow images help doc.

Thanks for getting back to me.
It is not just the slide show that is not responsieve in the mobile view, the entire site (home page and collections included) are non-responsieve.

Such as example products (see example as attachment)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Don,

Could you get back to me please on the non-responsieve mobile on the Supply theme.
I have changed the slider picture and used one provided by Shopify to see if there is any change, there is not.
When I use the same picture for slider on other themes, the mobile site is responsieve but in the Supply theme it is not and what really is not looking good are the categories and products on the home page (example featured collections) which are also non-responsieve.

So the issue is not the picture used for the slider (because it is working on other themes).

Could you please advise.

Thanks for that info! I was able to use this to check out your site using my own Android mobile device and the store is showing up there okay for me with no issue.

Have you tried checking this yourself using a mobile device and, if so, what issues do you see there exactly?

From my checks using a mobile device, I can confirm that the store is loading in okay and the images and products are responding to the screen size and displaying correctly for me here!
