Why is my temporary domain not working on Shopify?

Hi team,

I’m having issues to view my temporary domain mk-jewelry-atl.myshopify.com, I believe this is related to the domain we have mkjewelryatl.com, however, I’ve tried to remove this domain from Shopify managed domains without success. Can anyone help me with this?

Just to clarify, are you having trouble accessing your storefront through your .myshopify.com URL? May I also ask which domain you’ve tried to remove? It will be really helpful to access your account so that we can take a closer look at this with you. To speak with an advisor, visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue’.

Yes i’m having issues accessing the my .myshopify.com domain. It still redirect to a .com domain that I bought. But I want to remove it because it is not working properly and I’m customizing the store.

The domain I’m trying to remove is mkjewelryatl.com, as i finish customizing the store I’ll activate it the right way.

Yes is a third party domain, however, my main issue is that I can’t see a live version of my store even using the myshopify.com.

There is any workaround to make it happen?

I can’t see any option to live support when I’m logged in.
