My text is blue no matter what theme I am using. Its very frustrating i cannot even design my website.

Broad troubleshooting.
Try in a different browser.
If issues resolves disable any browser extensions that control styles in the original browser.
Disable any apps that add styles or pages to the store.
Check any branding settings.
