customize theme not working with me
im getting this error message : Failed to load the page
This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:
Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL Page failed to load due to an error
and get this error in console
chromewebdata/:1 Refused to display 'https://{{my store name }}.myshopify.com/' in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.
any suggestions?

have a similar issue, the theme editor doesn’t show any option to edit the content.

Nov even the error doesn’t load.

Would be great to get some support.

Hi I have this problem. When I want to customize my theme, it shows the error screen that says this:

Page failed to load due to an error
So I dont really know how to get over this. I dont have my own URL website yet. I tried opening a different theme but it is still the same, and I even tried different browsers, but it didnt work either.
