Why is my theme font color not consistent despite being set to black?

Hello! I’ve updated my theme to use all black fonts, but the font still appears dark gray. All font colors are set to #000000. No liquid overrides have been set, and I don’t know where to check/edit them. You can see that my title is black, but the description is gray - but these are both controlled by the same color option. If I change it to another color, that text is gray-er, like it has an opacity setting or something,

Please help!
