Hello everyone. I’m facing a predicament, my money for transactions is stuck and they are not being payout from Shopify payments. I’ve already reached out to support on multiple occasions regarding this issue and they’ve been of no help whatsoever. They claim they will review my case, but more than a week has passed since my first contact and there’s been no information at all, I’ve written them, and experienced more than a day of being ignored. I’m at a loss about what to do and how to proceed if I can’t withdraw funds. Shopify payments is set up correctly, Authentication methods are also enabled. The cause of the issue is unclear. When I wrote to them and asked how things were going with my problem, I also received nothing. Why is that? It turns out that I can’t start working and it delays me a lot.
