My site hasn’t even been published yet. I’ve been working on it the passed few days. I went to log in Friday, and it told me my site was inactive. Everything has been paid for in full. I’ve sent Shopify Support three different emails, and I’ve received no response. Has this happened to anyone else? How do you fix this?

After you visit the link and log in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. Simply type in the topic, click Search then scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Continue under Get Support. You’ll then see the option to create a support ticket on the next page.
