I’ve tried to verify my shopify I’D And it’s coming up with old account name I’ve already change to new and it’s still saying.
The name on the photo ID doesn’t match the name of the account owner

The error may be related to the name not being changed on your Shopify Payments account. When you update your name and other information in the Shopify admin, your Shopify Payments information is not updated, since they are separate accounts. Because of this, when you upload your ID and the name does not match what’s on the Shopify Payments account, you will receive an error that your ID could not be accepted.
