Why is my updated password page photo not showing on Prestige theme?

Hello,

So I had this regular desk photo as my password page background, but it didn’t fit my store type.. so I deleted it, from Edit code - Assets - password.jpg, and uploaded a new photo and name it password at: Edit code - Assets - password.jpg

But the photo still doesn’t show. Can anyone help me please?:slight_smile: thanks

Go to Customize > Others > Password > Custom background image. https://i.imgur.com/9ooPtS4.png
