Why is my URL redirect resulting in a 404 error?

Hi everyone.

Google Search Console is showung the below URL as a 404 and it is a 404:

https://gmansemporium.com/en-au/products/7-piece-shiny-metal-dnd-dice-set?pr_prod_strat=use_description&pr_rec_id=10aef16f2&pr_rec_pid=7892425081075&pr_ref_pid=7880657731827&pr_seq=uniform

I have put in a redirect for it but the page is not redirecting and is showing as 404. Does anyone have any tipes on what tht problem is?

Here’s the official help doc (and steps) for how to create a URL redirect from within the Shopify admin: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/menus-and-links/url-redirect#create-url-redirect

Try following those steps, and if the redirect still doesn’t work, then please provide a screenshot of the redirect settings, and I can try to help further. It’ll also help to know what the original URL is, and what the new URL that you want it to go to should be.
