Hello I have an inquiry. I have a store in Belgium and have a valid VAT number, since 1 February. I confirmed on following website: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/ that the number is indeed valid.
Nevertheless, shopify keeps saying the number is not valid. Is it normal there is a delay? Does someone know when it will be solved?
