i am from bangladesh and i have duel crrncy prepaid visa card. i want to pick a plan for shopify but when i submit my card they show me this notice also (We could not verify your credit card. The credit card was rejected by our payment services provider. Please double check your credit card information and try again or use a different credit card.) they show me this notice. how can i pick a plan for shopify 1st 3mnth 1Usd. i try many times + i submit my card all information proparly . my card is valid and have enough money to buy plan. plz help me why they decline my card. and give me pure solution to pick plan.

In most cases, if there are issues adding a payment method or paying an invoice, it is an issue with the user’s card being used. With pre-paid cards such as yours, some of them will work in some cases, however it is uncommon. That being said, we typically do not accept pre-paid credit cards as many of these cards have unusual policies since they are not your regular type of credit card.
If you would like to use this card, then you will need to get in touch with the provider or bank and check if they can allow recurring payment charges types to this card. Recurring payment charge types are just one of the issues a cardholder can run into when trying to use a pre-paid credit card to accept their Shopify invoices.
Alternatively, you can use any of the payment options listed below, as seen in our** Billing FAQ here**;
- A valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
- A debit card that is co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
- Shopify Balance in some regions
- PayPal in some regions
