Hi Everyone,
Recently I’ve been trying to add a video banner on my homepage (it would be the first thing you would see when entering the website). After successfully adding the banner a few days ago, I’ve come back this morning to the video showing “No Image”. When I try to re-add the video link to the Video Block, it seems as though the link pastes into the URL section without issue, but when I click the pasted link to finalize it’s submission, it disappears as though I never inputted a link to begin with. No error codes and nothing is being done differently than before.
So far I’ve tried:
-Re-copying the link
-Re-uploading the video and getting a new link
-Try to use another video service (YouTube) - I’ve been uploading directly to my Shopify files
-Simple refreshing or restarting
I should note this is all being done on a duplicate of my live website and yes, I’ve tried creating a new duplicate as well and still have no luck!
