Why is my website constantly redirecting and not loading?

I have been setting up my shop and all of the sudden I went to preview my site and I get an error page. It says that it tried to redirect too many times. I have no idea what happened. I cleared my cookies and also my cache. I have no idea what to do to fix it.

Hi @AEB the .myshopify.com subdomain seems to have the same issue http://anxiously-elevating-beauty.myshopify.com/?

Did you recently:

  1. add a domain ( can take up to 72 hours to propagate correctly)
  2. edit DNS records
  3. create or import redirects

Double check spellings.

Check your DNS records for excess A-records to the .myshopify IP addresses (23.227.38.65, or 23.227.38.32 ,etc)

I cannot find my DNS settings where I bought my domains. I bought them off name.com

I cannot get anything to work.

You’ll more than likely need to go to the Domain Registrar you bought it from and manage it on their website.

I haven’t received my first 2 payouts because Chime says the payments failed because the account can only receive payments that is in the same name as the bank account holder. I’m guessing the payments come up as the business name. Not sure when I will receive the payouts now.

I then tried to change my payout information to my other bank account but it says old account must match what we have on file. I’m pretty sure I used the right account because Chime said they rejected the first 2 payouts. Please help if you have had this same issue.
