Every time someone tries to log onto my website it tells them its unavailable. Can you tell me whats going on and how do I fix this. Because I am losing out on sales please and thank you.
I would leave your website url here, plus a screenshot of the error message you’re getting so people can check it out and try to replicate the issue you’re having.

I see that you posted this on January 31st, and we did experience an outage on the platform that day which affected storefronts, so that may have been why you couldn’t access your store. If that is the case, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused, and I hope your website was able to recover quickly. If, in the future, you’re ever unable to access a certain part of Shopify (such as your own storefront or the admin), I recommend first checking our Status Page to see if there is a widespread issue occurring.
