If you have access to your online store and you are receiving this message when you are trying to load into the actual online store, you can change your primary domain to your .myshopify.com URL by navigating to Settings > Domains > Set Primary. This error message is indicating that you are using a Staff account and not the Admin for the online store. In this situation, you will need to contact the admin of your online store and make them aware of this. They should be able to look further into the domain issue that you are experiencing.
