Thank you for sharing the store URL here for us to have a look at. I did a couple of tests with the domain and it appears that the domain is not outputting any DNS information at all.
Is this domain hosted by Shopify or a third party?
You will need to make sure that your domain is active and has both the correct CNAME record and A record on file. Once updated, you need to wait up to 48 hours for the DNS change to finish propagating. If you believe that you have the correct DNS information on your domain, can you please share a screenshot of your dns information here for us to review?
