Why is my website inactive due to AUP violation?

Hello Shopify Team,

My website was inactive by the Shopify team and they told me that my website was inactive because of AUP violation issue.

The reason/s of violating AUP is difficult to be comprehended for me as there are as many as twelve AUP clauses i.e. child exploitation, Cowid-19, etc. Hence, it’s a humble request to specify a AUP to address the predicament and re-active or rejuvenate the account ASAP. Such delay would cost me a dearly business so wanna address the issue and rectify it rapidly.

We started the website in April 2022. We invested our time, energy, effort, money, and many more things to run a successful business but today my website got inactive by Shopify policy review team for Shopify acceptable policy violation. But according to me there is no policy violation content on my website. If I missed something bymistake then please rectify it for me to remove the content from my website and activate it again for serving the orders.

Dear team, we request you to please review my website again. There is no risk issue or any policy that we violated.

These types of situations are handled by a specific team and they can only communicate via email due to the sensitive nature of these reviews.

I would also encourage you to look into outside legal help to assist in interpreting the acceptable use policy and what the issues with your merchant account could have been.

How could i know which policy violate. Its my e-commerce website and i m selling house hold and kitchenware products. I am by profession working as a Teacher and i am not intended to break any rules and regulations. Please help to rectify my issue to start my store asap.
