Over the last few weeks, we have experienced major issues with page loading (ashandstone.online). We have checked the following and know it is not any of these:

not a hosting issue

not ISP specific / not a network issue

not browser specific

not device specific - all tested on multiple devices to check this. The devices checked all only have problems with this website

not cookies or caching specific
This is what happens - and it’s happening to us as website owners and also customers who have complained about the website:

It’s intermittent

What we see is 2-3 minutes of a blank white screen, while the website tries to load.

Sometimes on bottom left of screen we might see messages such as: “connecting” or “waiting for [xx]” (sometimes google related, sometimes shopify related). Attached is an example - though this is not always the message shown.

we may get a page to load after 2-3 minutes, then it will work for a few minutes longer where we can navigate around the site

other times, it will take 2-3 minutes to load every page

other times, it works for a while.
We have contact Shopify Help, which hasn’t been helpful at all! They suggested contacting developers on here.
