Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community and sharing your question.
As @made4Uo has mentioned, Shopify experienced an issue yesterday that affected admins and storefronts. This error also affected logging into the help center to create a support request. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should now be able to access your store on mobile and utilize the Shopify Help Center. We have updated our Shopify Status page to reflect the updates and that all systems are operational.
If you’re still experiencing errors on your end, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and completely rebooting the browser.
