Does anyone know what it means when your website doesn’t work and comes up with this?
Topic summary
A store owner reports their website isn’t working and shares multiple screenshots of the issue (images are central to understanding, but no error text is quoted). Others request the store URL and ask whether only the frontend (public-facing site) is affected.
Two likely causes are proposed: (1) CSS issues—problems in Cascading Style Sheets that control layout and styling—potentially breaking the storefront display. (2) Domain/DNS misconfiguration—one participant notes the domain prospectsigns.com.au does not resolve to a Shopify page and might still point to a previous site.
Suggested next steps:
- Share the store URL to diagnose accurately.
- Verify DNS settings: A record and CNAME correctly pointing to Shopify per documentation.
- Check theme assets for missing/blocked CSS files and recent theme edits.
- Clarify if admin works while the storefront fails; contact Shopify Support if platform-related.
No resolution yet. The thread is awaiting the store URL and further details to confirm whether it’s a CSS/theme issue or a domain pointing problem.

@Evan96 ,
Please share the store URL. Do you mean only the frontend is not working?
Di you contact the shopify support team…
It may be the case that you pointed your domain to shopify domain and it is not correctly pointed for now as https://prospectsigns.com.au/ is not a shopify page. It may be your previous site
