If you see that your Shopify store is unavailable, it is best to reach out to the Shopify support assistance. You can reach out to them and also simultaneously search for the status of other Shopify stores in your region as they may be out due to maintenance purposes. You can also check the email as Shopify notifies their customers in advance.
