To confirm, is your domain myst.ph? Can you also confirm where you purchased your domain from? Was it directly via your Shopify admin, or from a third-party domain provider such as GoDaddy or Google?

I tried to investigate your domain via the who.is website here, where you can normally take a closer look at a domain’s data, but as you can see your domain doesn’t seem to have any DNS information attached to it. Because of this, can you double check for the following on your end:

  1. The domain was successfully purchased and registered.
  2. If you purchased your domain from a third-party provider, you can check if the DNS records of the domain have been updated so that it can successfully connect to your Shopify store. If you haven’t already connected your domain to Shopify, depending on your domain provider, you can do this automatically by following this guide, or manually via the steps listed here. In either case, please note that you may need to wait up to 48 hours before you can see whether or not the domain was connected successfully to your Shopify store.

Once your website is functioning as intended, and your domain is connected successfully, you can also think about setting up a custom domain email address for your business. This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen trust with prospective buyers. Although Shopify doesn’t currently offer email hosting natively, if you’re just starting out, I recommend looking into Zoho Mail as they have a free plan available. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting custom email addresses.
