My website is down and everytime i search it up it says “access to this website is blocked”. please help.

If your Shopify site is blocked, it might be a domain issue. First, contact your domain provider’s support for help. Then, try reconnecting your domain to Shopify.

The good news is I’m able to use it to access what appears to be a store online at that domain currently:
Would you be able to share an image of what you see currently when trying to do so?
If you haven’t already, try accessing it using a different device, browser, or internet connection (try your phone connection if you have been using WiFi, or vice-versa).
I’d also recommend you try clearing the cache on your browser, as well as checking that it is updated and supported for use with Shopify.
