Hello Shopify, I recently bought a domain for my website and it was all working, by the after two days I tried to enter my site from a browser and it said “server couldn’t be found”. I went to check the domains section on the Shopify app and it said, “Action Required” can I please get help with this, my Shopify store is called www.saintonorre.co.uk

I had a look at your website and I could see that your domain is working fine. While I’m pleased to know the issue is fixed, I thought I’d still share a solution to this problem for the purpose of helping other merchants who encounter this same error and run across this post.
Typically, an Action required message in your Domains page is an indication that your domain needs to be verified for use. A domain verification email should be found in your inbox and you can view it to verify the domain. Once the domain is verified, it can take some time for our system to recognize it so the Action required status may not immediately go away. It will as soon as the verification reflects in our system.
If you can’t find the domain verification email, you’ll need to create a support ticket for assistance with resending the email as you have a .co.uk domain. Domain verification emails can generally be re-sent through the admin, but this isn’t the case with .co.uk domains. While I was looking at your website, I noticed a small but important detail that I wanted to mention to you. I realized you don’t have a favicon.
