Are you able to access your Shopify Admin or are you also having trouble logging into your account?
When did this issue start?
Have you received any emails about your account from Shopify?
In this situation, I would recommend speaking to our live support through this page here. This will allow our Support Advisors to take a look at your account and see what has happened. They will be able to share the next steps to help you get any issues fixed. You can follow these steps to request support:
Log in to your account if possible. This will be important if you would prefer the callback option, as it will only be presented if you’re logged in. You can still continue to email or chat by clicking the Continue without logging in button.
Type in keywords for your issue in the search field and click Search.
You will then notice common questions and help guides related to your issue, then you will see the option to Get support. Click Continue.
Then you will see the options to chat with us, email us, or request a callback.
