Hello,
My website displays: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

It has become unavailable for all Internet users.

Everything has been working fine for 6 months now

What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you receive an error message when trying to access your store.

Are you able to provide your URL? I can test it on my end as well. Is your domain a Shopify domain, or did you purchase it from a third-party domain hosting site? If so, you will need to contact your hosting site to make sure your domain is not expired, and the DNS settings are correct and connecting to Shopify.

Thank you for sharing your URL and domain information with me.

I went to your URL, and your site works great for me on my end. Are you still receiving the DNS error? If so, I recommend completing some local troubleshooting such as clearing your cache and cookies, data history, and trying on a new browser or device. Due to it working as it should on my end, this is most likely a browser error.

Please let me know if you still receive the error, and the troubleshooting does not fix it.
