Can you explain a little bit more about how this domain is currently set up? Is this a domain that you purchased via your Shopify admin, or perhaps this is a domain that you purchased from a third-party host and you are trying to connect it to your Shopify store?
I tried accessing the domain URL, and I can confirm I am seeing the same error as you. I also checked for any DNS records on the domain, and it appears that it is completely blank and not pointing anywhere. This would suggest that you either haven’t yet set the DNS records to point to Shopify, or something has happened to cause the domain to suddenly become unavailable.
Is it possible that you have recently purchased the domain on Shopify, but never verified the domain via email? If this happens it can sometimes enter a suspended state, so you will need to contact our support team here if that is the case.
Perhaps the domain was previously being used but has expired recently? You would have received emails with regards to this, so it would be a good idea to search your email inbox to check - remember to check spam/promotional folders also in case they ended up in there.
