Why is my website still down after turning gotcha back on?

I had some issues with the gotcha and the IT people from my theme We are Underground suggested to turn this off in settings. From that moment on, my website is not working anymore. It gives the messages “critical error”. I turned the gotcha back on, but my website is still down and still seeing this error message. Please help as this is costing me business…

Website is working, Add to Cart is also working. Other pages like collections are working correctly.
Can you check the website in incognito window if working or not.

thank you for this information. I see indeed that the site is up again. But when I am looking to purchase a product directly on the Dutch translation (so not to cart, but purchase directly), it still gives me this error.
