Why is my website suddenly not working?

Please S.O.S. :disappointed_face:

www.otcandapparel.com suddenly not working.

Was working yesterday, even after an app installation. Can access admin. Set theme.liquid to yesterday, unistalled the app, still the same.

any help will be appreciated.

I had a look at our domain and it actually appears that this is a DNS issue and not a theme code issue.

When I checked the DNS information for the domain I can see that the A record is not pointing to Shopify and there are no nameservers provided.

If you have access to your DNS settings for this domain please ensure it is set to the correct A record and CNAME record as noted in our Help Center:

  • the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65
  • the www CNAME record shops.myshopify.com

Please feel free to share a screenshot of your DNS settings if you need help setting that up.
