Why is MyParcelBE not allowing me to generate a shipping label?

MyParcelBE doesn’t allow me to generate a shipping label. I just generated some and now it says there’s an error. Any ideas why?

What sort of error is occurring when you attempt to generate a shipping label? If you could please share a screenshot, I will be able to take a much closer look. In the meantime I will go over some common troubleshooting scenarios:

  • Clear your cache and cookies - When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in it’s cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

  • Ensure your browser is up to date.

  • Try an Incognito window.

  • Try another browser (e.g. Safari).

  • Try completing the same steps on your phone, using data rather than WiFi.
